Rates: The Cowboy and Bird's Nest rooms are $150.00 per night.  The Hummingbird Suite is $175 per night. These rates include  all taxes and a continental breakfast each morning.  A two night minimum  is required on weekends and holidays and a two night minimum for any days during the months of March,  April and May during our high peak birding season.

Reservations: Please call (520) 393-7370 between 8:00am and 7:00pm Arizona time. Full payment must be made at the time of reservation. Visa, personal check, cash, and travelers checks are accepted.

Arrival and Departure: Guests are welcome to check in between 3:00pm and 6:00pm. Prior arrangements can be made for late arrivals. Check out time is 11:00am.

Cancellations and Refunds: If you must cancel a reservation, your deposit (less $25.00 processing fee) will be refunded only if we are notified 30 days before arrival.  Cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival are non-refundable and non-transferable. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights rented regardless of actual arrival or departure date. There are no refunds for groups who reserve several rooms.

Gift Certificates: Certificates are available and may be used within a 12 month period. A gift certificate is a wonderful present for a special occasion.
